Liverpool’s intense negotiation finally comes to an end as hugely promising Mohamed Salah update surfaces

Mohamed Salah is ready to compromise to ensure he spends the rest of his early years at Liverpool, according to a report providing the latest twist on his future.
There have been a lot of doubts about where Salah will play in the future recently. His contract with Liverpool is due to expire in the summer of 2023. Having established himself as one of the best players in the world, any new deal would require a significant financial commitment.
Salah insisted that his demands are not exorbitant, but the situation is still at an impasse. A recent edition of Paper Talk announced that he could wait for a transfer to Barcelona.
However, the transfer reporter fabrice romano has since denied a move to La Liga really appeals to Salah. Also, Ekrem Konour reports that the Egypt international wants to continue with Liverpool.
Going into more detail, the DailyMirror reported that Salah had indeed decided his preference was to stay at Anfield. Additionally, he could compromise on the terms of any new deal he is about to receive.
Instead of holding on to equal Cristiano Ronaldo among the Premier League’s highest earners, Salah could settle for the £400,000-a-week terms that have been on the table.
In addition, he could sign a four-year extension, instead of the three announced.
This would mean the former Chelsea winger would be linked with liverpool until the age of 34. In other words, he would spend the rest of his early years in a red shirt.
Having already won five trophies with the club – who are in contention for more this season – Salah will then be hoping to add to his stellar cabinet.
Salah to snub Barcelona and PSG?
For now, until a deal becomes official, rumors will continue regarding Salah’s future. But if the shimmer believe it, it could be promising for Liverpool after all.
Salah has scored 153 goals in 240 appearances since joining Liverpool in 2017. There could be plenty more to come if they can get close to the result they want.
In turn, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain – who tried to sign Salah – would be disappointed.
It would also alleviate any fears Liverpool would have of them, while maintaining a high market value.
Already a Liverpool legend, Salah could etch his name further into folklore.
