Pokemon Go Grunts disabled due to Golden PokeStops

Trainers, a new type of PokeStops, called Golden PokeStops, are now available in-game, and it looks like PokeStops Grunts have been disabled since Golden PokeStops went live in-game.
Pokemon Go Golden PokeStops is a new type of PokeStops in the game. These PokeStops have a yellow color and spinning them will earn you a gold coin, lots of loot, and a new Pokemon will start following you. This new Pokemon, known as Coin Pokemon, is not available and it is only used to collect coins for you. You can collect up to 100 coins and these gold coins are added to your inventory.
Now back to the topic. According to reports from the Pokemon Go community, PokeStops Grunts have been disabled since PokeStops went Gold. It seems Golden PokeStops are causing this problem. This happens just a week before the Team Go Rocket Takeover event, and players aren’t too happy about it.
There is no word from Niantic about this “change” or how long it will last, but hopefully they fix it as soon as possible.
Have you seen any changes to Grunts at PkeStops since they launched the new Golden PokeStops in the game? We want to hear your opinions, so please comment below.
