Today’s announcement represents the kick-off of an international project that S.Pellegrino is committed to developing, alongside Food for Soul, and which will involve different areas according to initiatives that will enrich the lives of communities. with which the brand works. . Massimo Bottura will also open the sustainable development education space of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy with a live talk on his Waste Free Project, a webinar open to young chefs who are members of the Academy. Another meeting will once again see Bottura and his team give valuable operational guidance to young professionals in order to help reduce waste in their own catering and hospitality activities.
The young talents of the Academy will be part of the Food for Soul’s Chef network.
